We loved the location; it was in the heart of the city and right next to the railway station. The hotel facilities were very clean, and the gym offered a spectacular view. The staff was absolutely wonderful and tried their best to make our stay comfortable despite the language barrier. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the garden on the hotel premises, which provided a perfect escape. The hotel also had ample parking space and was located close to the park of the village.

The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide range of options for vegetarians and a delicious breakfast spread that left us wanting for nothing. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

The staff's kindness and helpfulness, excellent location next to the railway station, good starting point for walks and hikes, excellent facilities, warm and welcoming atmosphere, large projector and screen for enjoying football games.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a peaceful park where visitors can enjoy a relaxing walk around the lake. The surrounding area is great for hiking and the garden is a nice unexpected bonus. the hotel is situated right next to the Salamander train station, providing easy access to transportation. Guests can enjoy a clean and elegant room with good Wi-Fi connection, fabulous breakfast, and a spectacular view from the gym.

The lack of English translations and limited staff members who speak English can be frustrating for foreigners.

Our Christmas stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained and cleaned. The breakfast and dinner buffet had good variety and quality. We loved the location, perfect for hiking and walking around. The magnificent view of the surrounding mountains was the best aspect. The gym was well-equipped and a great option for staying fit.

Language barrier was a challenge. Staff didn't speak much English, which made it difficult to communicate.

Just spent the weekend at this hotel and I have to say that the staff was really friendly and attentive. They had a nice pool that was really clean and the spa area was good with a nice sauna. The breakfast was amazing with freshly baked bread and warm croissants. The location was great as it was close to the town center and the bars.

The rooms were really outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture was old and had stains.
